Thank you for supporting Trisko & Pine. Because we offer both digital products and print-on-demand physical products, our refund policy varies by product type.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review all product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Print-on-Demand Physical Products
Physical products sold through our store are produced and fulfilled by our printing partner.
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selections made by the customer

Buyer's remorse

Preference changes after ordering
However, if your item arrives:

Damaged

Defective

Misprinted

Incorrect due to a production error

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or fulfillment error, a replacement or refund may be provided at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Digital product orders cannot be canceled after purchase.
Physical product orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an item enters production, cancellations are no longer possible.
